You obviously are a new person to downloading mods, after downloading a mod from uploaded, there is a cool down period of 2 hours, so NO it isn't the 30 seconds that is the problem.....but as outlined already, you are ignorant, and that is a bigger part of the problem, thank you and fuck off!
