Unzip the mod file, open the folder of yourt mod, look at the vehicule xml, open it with notepad C++ find the line with "capacity" and change it to 22000. When it is done select all the file of your mod, rezip them all and place the new zip file in your mod folder. If you don't understand what I am writting, watch some tutorials on youtube.
