Can you tell us more about what this thing does? Is this the cable crane that transports logs down the mountain via a cable. We had one of those in fs17 I was hoping someone would convert it to 19er.

@crisgranly sounds like a problem on you're end. Mod conlict of some sort cause it works fine for me aside from if you have multiple winch vehicles such as the tow trucks or the line skidder.
@challenger Generally they are used in steep slope logging to haul them up the hill not down. But its essentially a crane but it is not used traditionally.

they can also be used to haul logs down an hill all though most operations are uphill skylining down hill is done it all just depends on where the road is for the crop trees really
